SLIM in brief

Who is eligible

  • Small and medium-sized businesses
    Companies with fewer than 250 employees or less than €50M annual turnover.
  • SME partnerships
    Two or more SMEs working together on a shared learning initiative.
  • Selected large companies
    Larger businesses in eligible sectors like agriculture, hospitality, or recreation.

Budget

SMEs can receive up to €25,000 in SLIM subsidy support, covering up to 60%–80% of eligible costs. SME partnerships may apply for up to €500,000.

Application

Applications are submitted through the official subsidy portal during fixed yearly windows. A strong application should include a clear project description, planning, budget, and learning-development goal.
